repting to the general manager of operations, the successful cidant will lead a small internal accouanting team to ensure the business repting package best reflects the requirements of the business. 

skills  responsibilities:
· responsible f ac payables/receivables, payroll, petty cash  bank reconciliations.
· knowledge of local tax laws essential
· ablility to implement finance procedures  processes appropriate f an international company
· knowledge of expt processes relating to chinese customs  excise laws desirable 
· cost savings identification  control
· timely  accurate preparation of the companys p&l, balance sheet  cash flow statement.
· experience within a manufacturing ganization desirable.
· ensure inter company transactions  reconciliations are perfmed in an effective way
· cpa qualified with minimum 5 years acing experience.
· maintain  develop external relationships including tax bureau, audits, bankers  customs.
· excellent communication skills  rept writing.
· excellent in both spoken  written english
