上海贤达美尔森过程设备有限公司隶属于法国美尔森集团，由上海贤达罗兰压力容器有限公司与上海卡朋罗兰化工设备有限公司合并组成。全新的贤达美尔森公司被公认为是应用各种高性能材料制造化工设备的一流的中国工厂。
上海贤达美尔森过程设备有限公司注册资本为1000万美金，位于上海奉贤奉城工业开发区，占地15万平米，拥有8.2万平米的车间及办公楼，目前拥有员工800余人，月产量100多台设备。公司生产的设备类型包括：碳钢/不锈钢设备、特种金属设备、石墨设备、氟化物设备等。贤达美尔森公司目前已经成功制造了超过1万台的压力容器，出厂了1000多台块孔式石墨换热器，可生产82寸的列管式石墨交换器。
目前贤达美尔森已取得了如下资质证明：a1压力容器制造/设计许可证以及a4石墨设备制造/设计许可证；防腐管件ax许可证；asme证书，u/um/r钢印；ped焊工认证，有ped资格的无损检测持证人员；核设备制造haf601认证（进入申请程序）。公司的主要客户与合作伙伴有：阿克克瓦纳、东洋工程、诺华赛、阿科玛、拜耳、汉高、宝洁、联合利华、利乐、贝婴美、得利满、威立雅等。
